Students at Benson extended their hearts to Haiti by raising money for the
earthquake victims. Students participated in this fundraiser by purchasing hot
chocolate knowing the money raised was going to a good cause. Students were
very excited about being part of the board-wide initiative to help the many
people in need. In addition, Benson's Parent Council and students have been very
instrumental and creative with raising money. Parent Council has been
organizing and running special activities every Friday to raise money for
Haiti. Great job Bobcats!
